A.T. Designs, Inc., established in 1986, has built a reputation for excellence in
providing civil/structural engineering, threshold and building inspection services,
contract and construction administration/management, structural restoration and
rehabilitation services, window and door replacement/rehabilitation consulting, and
owner representation services. A.T. Designs, Inc. was built on sound technical
fundamentals and dedication to providing quality and professional responses to our
client’s needs. A.T. Designs, Inc. has developed into an engineering firm with an
experienced and qualified professional staff, capable of implementing rational and cost-
effective evaluations, oversight, and solutions for our clients in both the public and
private. sectors.
The implementation of specialized investigation expertise combined with highly trained
personnel, enables A.T. Designs, Inc. and our associates to provide our clients with in-
depth, technically detailed studies in the field of construction deficits, remedial concrete
restoration and reconstruction, glazing rehabilitation and replacement, construction litigation, and a variety of other construction related disciplines. A.T. Designs, Inc. is a fully automated engineering company that incorporates the most up-to-date computer technology to aide in designing a wide range of engineering solutions.
Our experienced professional and field personnel are certified and trained in safe work practices and proper regulatory protocols, in addition to Engineer in Training, Threshold / Special Inspector and other necessary certifications. Timothy S. Marshall
President and Founder
Graduated from Vanderbilt University /1982 with A Civil Engineering degree. Obtained his PE license in 1987after practicing in Florida since 1984. In addition, he currently holds a special inspector, threshold inspector, building inspector and certifying engineer at a hurricane test lab.
